Vendor Employee Background Check Form Instructions
- Each vendor is allowed 4 employees and 4 alternate employees.
- All employees must be submitted by August 27th for background checks.
- Additional employees and alternate employees can be added for the specified fees.
- Vendors needing more then 4 employees onsite a same time must purchase additional employee slots at $50 per slot. Example — if you wish to have 6 people in festival at the same time you would need to purchase 2 additional slots ($100) this would allow up to 6 people onsite at anytime during the festival.
- If a Vendor wishes to have an Alternate Employee, they need to visit the Security Office Located on the Access Road and turn in the Badge for the replaced employee.
- All personnel entering the festival during festival time must undergo background checks.
